LIGHT MANUFACTURING

Pelatron Technologies builds a variety of light manufacturing products, including fiber communication cables, and electronic monitoring devices.

Our cable fabrication includes complex cable builds that transmit power, grounding, data, signal and RF that require multiple cables (harnesses) and pinning. To ensure quality we follow manufacturing standard IPC/WHMA-A-620A-Class3.

PTech also designs and builds prototypes of power distribution, electronic and cable interface connectors for Government tactical communication projects.

Our manufacturing facilities include dedicated test space for quality certification of components, cables, systems and subsystems. Our complex cables are tested consistently, using load banks, closed system networks, crypto functionality and other electrical tools to verify required specifications are met. Final system assembly and subassemblies are tested to comply with Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and Product Acceptance Testing (PAT) protocols.

PTech staff are also highly experienced in logistics planning and execution. Our staff were formerly responsible for overseeing the purchasing, supply chain, warehousing and distribution of tens of thousands of raw and finished components for Networking On-The-Move, a contract for the Marine Corps.
